ZTS-VE additive for ultra-thin anti-cracking asphalt overlay


Technical honor:
    Won the national invention patent of ultra-thin asphalt overlay technology (No. ZL 2020 1 0801370.0), the first prize of science and technology of China Highway Society.
    It breaks through the core difficulties of a number of thin asphalt layer technologies, and has the advantages of double-carbon environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and improved asphalt performance.


Material properties:

    Greatly improve the bonding strength and flexibility of the binder, resist cracking and falling off, and effectively improve the durability of the thin-layer pavement. At the same time, its warm mixing property can realize low-temperature construction, which reduces the occurrence of asphalt that is difficult to compact due to rapid cooling.

Significant advantages: No need for modified bitumen, direct input to asphalt mixing station to modify asphalt, ordinary paver, convenient and efficient production and construction, economical and environmentally friendly, energy saving and emission reduction.
